I don't know if its me... or my industry... or my jobs..
it seems like all the jobs i've ever had... I only actually do work like 60% of the time.
And i don't mean, i'm slacking off and not doing my work. I mean, i don't have any work... and the work i do have only occupies 60% of my time. and i spend the rest of my time... surfing the net and stuff.
I've been working for 2 years now, almost. And I thought it would change as i learned more stuff... but i still feel like i don't have enough work to keep me busy.

I totally slack off at work. Some days I'll have bursts of motivation where I'll get a lot done, but there's a lot of days where I like to *cough* research AIM iming techniques *cough*. Um I should probably get back to work now..... ;)

it's been pretty slow for me lately. my colleagues and i took a 2 hour lunch today. the six of us went to one of their homes and we played foosball and ping pong. and we ordered pizza.

lately i've been working at least 9 hours a day M-F.
And some contract work too outside of that.
too much work, getting stressed and easily angered lately.

No work. I'm a student, and that's all.

Before I went back to school, my work used to come in bursts. Some days would be really busy, 8 hours of non-stop deadlines and work. Some days would be really slow where I'd do nothing all days. Most days were somewhere in between.

Right now at my new job I am running 9-12 hours a day on top of that schooling. :( They are training me for my supervisor position and once it kicks in I have more flex and say on my time at work. As long I am pulling 40+ they will be happy. No time to even check my email at work. :( For 2.5 more weeks.

Whats work? :frown:
I've forgotten what its like after being out of work since last June.
At previous companies I've never been busy and only seem to work 75% of the time at most.
