Hey everyone. Gonna make this short but sweet since the laptop I'm borrowing is freaking out as I type. Oh man, HK is so different from Taiwan! I think today Mr. HH and I are going to take off by ourselves and go to Shenzen. Wherever the hell that is. I'm in Sha Tin Central right now in this gorgeous condo area. Man, this place is so nice it reminds me of the Bellagio.

Today's plans include going to the Peak and Mr. HH is going to pee over HK in some glass bathroom tonight. Gotta jet. This computer freaks out when I type (dunno how this will look formatted) and I gotta give Iris a call later to see if she can come out and play.

Much love,

HH

Another hello. I'm writing this from the Hong Kong airport now. There is a nice free Internet lounge provided by Samsung.

This city is great, anybody have any job leads in Hong Kong for a nice Software Engineer type. :nerd:

I had high tea there. Use English, you'll get better service.

That's why those new things are so badass where you can unzip your long pants so that they become shorts, and vice versa. Dunno what they're called, just see a lotta my little cousins wear'em

Oh my. So that's why you haven't been on often.

If I were still in HK, I'd love to show you around, but I'm back in the states now. Check out KPMG. Despite SEC trouble in the states, last I heard, they were still hiring in HK. If you're not an HK citizen, you might have trouble getting a work visa unless you work for an American company. They're getting quite strict because the economy has been so bad. If you go on the MTR, at every stop, there will be large magazines of job listings they put out every week. Some are in Chinese, some are in English.

Because you're an American citizen (I'm assuming?), you should check out the big American financial corporations (citicorp, goldman sachs, any large bank.) Business is moving to China and Australia. If you are fluent in Mandarin and English, it will really help you. I hope this helps. Good luck.
