How about if there were subdirectories for each topic?
* Students *
> Highschool
> College Life
* Arts & Entertainment *
> Mic Check - upload your vocal talents here, either if its ballad or hip hop
> Joke Section
> Musics - Upload music samples of your favorite asian or american hip hop artist
* Auto Tech *
> Questions
> Galleries of Cars
> Street racing Scene
* Geek World *
> Warez Scene ....j/k :)
> Mac OS
> Windows
> Programming
You get the idea...

I mean you got the Topic " Its fucking Hot! " in the rant room, where it would be suitable in the Whatever section...and so on..
No offense to who wrote or started it.

Posts on anything people want to bitch about should go to the "Rant Room." Originally, we had the "Debate Room" and "Whatever" but people would often post race-issues type posts in "Whatever", and debates would inevitably follow. So the the "Rant Room" isn't just for high-minded, political/philosophical debate...
But you bring up a good point about subcategorizing. Right now the ability for a phpBB board to subcategorize is in the beta stage, according to developers. That means it may be a bit of a ways, since what yellowworld.org is running is more of a hybrid of the original board.
