I should've sent this out earlier...

He comes to most major US cities, but this is where you can hear him play a 6-hour set... if he does that anywhere else, I'd like to hear about it.

Cheapest way to get tickets is probably to get them in person at Satellite Records
Ticketweb adds a service charge.

If you can't catch him there, here is where you might be able to do so

He's doing a tour to promote a new CD/DVD
I'm not sure if I posted this before, but here are pics of his Asia tour: http://www.toxic-family.de/reviews/rev-int.htm

If you come to Miami for the WMC, you can see him twice in that week, maybe even 3 times if you're in the music industry as there is an invitation-only boat party

Oh tickets are $41 at Satellite ($1 service charge)
You can try ordering on ticketweb - http://www.ticketweb.com/user/?region=nyc&...REFERRAL_ID=119 (http://www.ticketweb.com/user/?region=nyc&query=detail&event=404018&REFERRAL_ID=119)
with promo code MADEPVD or PVDDVD - there's a discounted price of $35 but after service charges, it comes out to close to $40.

I haven't heard about the price at the door being any different. If not, then I hope having a ticket will get people in quicker.

btw, this seems to be a good deal, relatively speaking. Last time PVD was here, tickets were sold during the last week for $50.

I think my brother's planning to go. He's heard PVD spin a few times before and says he's the best.

Awesome, wish it was at a bigger venue but it's a good deal.

Yeah, I hear ya.
Well, Exit was tried before. PVD said he didn't like it too much.

Also a poll on his site was done as to where he should play next, after he had done a mini-tour through Roxy, Exit, and Sound Factory; and Roxy came out as the winner.

In the post-Twilo era (too bad I never caught a full set of his there), the best place in NYC he played at was at Arc, on a Monday night, with promotion done only over the Internet that started two days before. $10 cover too, as he offered to spin for free, for a charity event ($13,000 raised!). But that place is too small for a regular night with him.

Did anyone go to this?

It was packed as usual, but the recent nightclub incidents probably had its effect on making the cops tell people in line at 3:30 am that the club had reached max capacity and wasn't letting any more people in (including ticket holders), and they should leave the area.
The line went around two corners!
I checked back at 5 am, and the club was letting ticket holders in, so I was still able to catch a few hours and save my night.
