Hello Hello Hapa.

Mexican food has to be on the top of my list. The combination of cheese, onions, garlic, spices, peppers, beef, tortillas, rice. And a ice cold bottle of Pacifico. :D

(I'm with Angel). Can't stand fast-food burgers though. At home, grilled onion double cheese lean burgers on onion rolls with claussen pickes.

Medium well filet mignon or porterhouse with a side of Green Giant veggies (or Chinese style garlic spinach).

Evil but tempting: good 'ol Cheese fries and Ricobene hot wings.

Shanghainese lo-mein with meat sauce (think that's what it is -- ja cheung mein?). Naan and curry lamb. Basmati dill rice with lamb shank. Beebimbop(?) and the ginger rice water.

Think of more later..

I LOVE Indian food, but it's so filling that I seldom eat it. I always thought that if someone could make me a "slice" of naan bread that fit in the palm of my hand, and then fill it with a nice Indian dish like lamb saag or chicken tikka masala, I could live off of those things for the rest of my life. I would call them tandoori tacos!

That Food Network show The Best of... did an episode of the best Indian restaurants in the U.S.last night. It made me hungry...

naan and curry is awesome - i'm addicted to their chicken tikka masala with onion naan and a mango lassi....
i also like peking duck a-la-mom's method :P ,
carvel ice cream (i love the chocolate crunchies in the middle),
and this fishery back in nj that makes fresh fried seafood (shrimp, halibut, scallops) with homemade coleslaw that's to DIE for...
also like sushi - especially rainbow rolls and spider rolls :P

i'm getting really hungry.... doh!!! :(
