Anyway.. when I get in the bathroom, first thing I do is relieve myself. Then flush. Then I shower. get out, brush my teeth, COMB my hair, gel would be real cold in the morning, and give me headaches. I then put some clothes on, and leave. It's not until I'm on the bus that I remember that I skip breakfast. So I starve until lunch.

I can understand the shower at night justification cause it lets you get into bed all nice and clean, but in the morning if I don't take a shower, I feel pretty nasty throughout the day. Plus the water wakes me up.

Urinate. Shower. I use Dial body wash with a shower puff, Pantene shampoo, and St. Ives apricot scrub for my face. Get some breakfast. Rinse, floss, brush. Listerine sometimes. Shave. Get dressed. Comb. I use a leave-in conditioner but can't stand gel. Get dressed. Contacts if it's raining, otherwise glasses. Takes about 45 minutes but I can do it in fifteen minutes if I'm in turbo mode. I like long showers...

Piss........and off to lecture......I'm usually in my Pj or sweats when I attend my first lecture.....Really no need to really get dress.........

When I return from lecture, thats when I take care of the other things------e.g. shower, gel my hair, and blow dry it....brush, floss, and eat....
I still wear my Pj or sweats......it's still clean :D

what's w/ the sudden interest in men's private business? :o

oh and i don't have any morning rituals. i just get up, go on my computer, eat lunch when i get hungry, and then maybe brush my teeth sometime after i eat, or before. depends on how bad my mouth feels.

If I'm short on time, it seems that shaving is the first to go, then ironing clothes. Just have to hunt for the already ironed items.

Head back to the bathroom

Get dressed
Throw gel in hair
Run out the door
Go back inside to pick up forgotten item
Run out the door again

Total elapsed time: 50-60 min including snooze time

Actually, lying in bed after a shower is like a bonus snooze session that your body wasn't expecting once it got up. Quite enjoyable. I highly recommend it.=)

3 times a week I use Nivea for men facial scrub
Then I use a shower gel and one of those long scrub brushes (I like to make sure my back is clean). I soap off and rinse off.

I towel dry and get dressed.
put on contacts
go back to bathroom for q-tips, swab each ear
come back and put hair gel.

Flex in front of mirror and mumble to myself why creatine doesn't seem to be working.
Then I'm out the door.
