I received several CDs from one of my colleagues................To my surpise, some of the scores has a great beat............Instead of the playing the traditional Yanni while studying, I now listen to Video games and Movies sound track...........
I enjoyed the FF series sound track, especially battle sequence from FF2......It's a little nostalgic hearing that tune again.......Big fan of the Street Fighter series---Alpha, Alpha 2, Turbo, and other versions..I think I have 7 different theme song for Guile, RYU, and Ken (I believe they are the best)..
Anyone familar with Metal Gear Solid 2 sound track---the main theme....I believe it's one of the best theme song I have heard in a long time.........I believe the composer is the same dude who did the score for "The Rock"---which is an awesome sound track as well.

last of the mohicans, gladiator, CTHD, a beautiful mind.
I had, but seem to have misplaced "Castlevania, Symphony of the Night. I'm trying to get a copy of the Hitman 2 soundtrack. I have the Gettysburg and Metal Gear Solid sountracks in my car. Plus Glory in the CD case. Last, but not least, the "Navy SEALs theme" from the movie The Rock is burned on another CD.

FFT and the soundtrack of The Godfather are the only ones I own.
Kids these days are spoiled with CD-quality full-length scores. Anyone appreciate the limitations of the NES' 3-channel PCM + 1 channel noise sound? The Ninja Gaiden series had some great music, and the second one I think is best.

The Street Fighter Alpha 3 Ryu's, Gouki's and Sodom's board music is cool.

The original Zelda overworld theme......Although it was been improved over the years, the original is still pretty good.. Gosh, now I have that tune in my head.
the final level in Batman has a good beat to it..
Castlevania has some memorable tracks as well---especially the final battle w/ Drac........and who could forget the "Clock tower theme".......
N.Gaiden, series was great too.......Especially the death of Foster......and cut scene music.....Bloody Malice theme was pretty good as well

I believe the best track on the Symphony of the night album is track 6 and track 25........
"The Rock" is great all around
I was always fond of the soundtrack to Ys Books I & II for the TG-16/PC Engine CD-ROM. But that might've just been because it was the first game I'd ever played with a CD soundtrack.

Escaflowne Movie Soundtrack
Anything Cowboy Bebop. Love that jazz music
Yea, I'm a friggin' Yoko Kanno Fan.
Ditto on Matrix. Good shit.
City of Angels was good too. Mellow music I would listen to.
Chrono Trigger and most of the final fantasy series had great music.
Zelda music rocks.
Romeo Must Die - I love Rose in a Concrete Garden. Good shit.
There's plenty more, but I'd be here forever.

hmm Rah Xephon (anime) NEone?
hehe I only heard the intro repeatedly (Maaya Sakamoto - "Hemisphere") and I've seen the entire series so my guess is the rest of the soundtrack is coo too but hey who knows
