1. I would wish to be able to easily manipulate and control all matter, energy, and spacetime in detail with thought, and in order to do that I would also need
2. the full knowledge of all the forces and rules guiding the operation and existance of the universe and its constituents (i.e. all scientific and engineering data, formulas, and laws) (essentially John Doe's brain supercharged). I would also need
3. a brain powerful enough to store all that data and and a lot more and still be able to keep my personailty and process everything instantaneously.

slightly more realistic list:
1 & 2. I would wish for the same things as wishes two and 3 from the previous list.
3. I would wish for my own ultra-futuristic military space station, complete with it's own unlimited energy generators, matter assemblers, warp gate, teleporters, transformable mecha, warships/cruisers, carriers, point singularity projectors, androids, etc. etc. and of course my own handpicked crew. All of my own design of course.

slightly more realistic again:
1 & 2. same as the previous list except add knowledge of everything in in every field including law, martial arts, etc. (John Doe + the Pretender supercharged)
3. the perfect human male body with asian features + cybernetics and genetic engineeering mixed with select genes from animal genomes without any weird side effects.

down to earth list:
1. mother's health
2. a lot more money
3. a girlfriend/wife that i can spend the rest of my life with

Third wish cure for cancer so I can smoke and drink all I want. If I get prostate cancer I don't run the risk of long term impotency after surgery. This way I can still reap the benefits of wish #2 of unlimited c00ch. If I do get liver cancer due to excessive drinking I can still drink my ass off cuz there is a cure.

As for the inflation bit...I leave that up to my accountant to handle.
