This is new to me, I never saw this particular restaurant in any of the four major Asian communites in my city. I'll keep my eyes peeled though.
Edit: I'm having problems with the link, can't get past the flash presentation on the site for info.

^How would you rate the food? From a scale of 1 to 10, 10 for 'fine dining worth the money' 5 for 'OK, not too bad but expensive', and 1 for 'crap I would'nt feed to my dog' .
dunno. this was 4-5 years ago.

Ladies, I'm going to Beijing, in the mainland, soon, possibly this summer. Do they have any of these restaurants there? I have no idea how to even begin finding out where they are located.
Pardon my annoyingly inquisitive questions, it's not me. It's my stomach talking. :tummy grumbles:

Oh good, I live reasonably near the HK branch (Hung Hom) ... never been there, though.
CrystalClear: Their Beijing address (go to Contact Us -> Branches -> Beijing, can't link directly cuz, like you complained, it's a *U#@%#@* flash animation):
100027北京市東城區胡家園22號迤北樓(漁陽飯店西北角)
how to write that in English in case you can't read it (they don't give it in English on their own website), unless "Yibei Building" or "Hujiayuan" has some funny english name:
Yibei Building (Northwest corner of Yuyang Hotel)
22 Hujiayuan
Dongcheng District, Beijing 100027
But the Yuyang Hotel's website sez the hotel is under renovation and all operations are suspended until June 2008, dunno if that means the restaurant will be closed. (the address they give is also different, though it has the same postcode ... might just be a different entrance or something)

I have an horrendous appetite, I'll need to eat 100 of those little bastards with some bottles of good beer to get my belly full. How much is that? 112元 50分? Plus tax and tip? That's way out of my budget. Do they accept food coupons, huh?

Man I miss that place (the original store is still the best). My mother still always has to go there at least once whenever she stops in Taipei.
