my earlier france trip has wiped out my funds for a while. i guess for me, if i'm going to go somewhere, it might as well be huge so i don't feel the need to go somewhere all the time. i would like to go back to china next year though.

I'll be in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei at various points. I would like to take a trip to do nature stuff though and hike or mountain bike. Any suggestions around the Western seaboard?

I am thinking of going to Bangkok, Thailand. In certain aspects, Bangkok is more modernized than Houston. LOL

I am also considering Japan as destination for 2008 after reading this article, On the cheap in a costly capital (http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/travel/features/nationworld/4384128.html). If not then a a week in Europe instead.

SF, NYC, Alaska are more than likely possibilities.

Barring that I don't go to Cyprus in November for work, I'll be going to Thailand at the very end of the year in December. Sure, PM me.

I'm currently in Abu Dhabi until May. When I finally return to California, aside from any small stateside trips, I'm toying with the idea of going to China for a second time around August or a bit later, specifically Guangzhou and possibly Beijing.

I'm deprived. I haven't been over the ocean except while circling around the Bahamas waiting to land on the Fort Lauderdale runway. My bf and I would like to take a trip to Boston. I'm moving from Miami to Chicago in late July. That is the extent of my travelling plans for 2008.

I'll be back in HK at the end of July for about 1½ months. After that I'm planning to visit Spain (Barcelona/Valencia) for a week in September. But at the moment nothing has been confirmed yet.

Backpacking through Iceland in mid-May. Wanted to go during warmer weather but also trying to beat the tourist rush. I plan to obtain glacier ice, melt it, and sell it in fancy bottles when I get home.

Going to Vegas with my buds in August to blow two month's worth of paychecks at the casinos and then diving over to Pahrump to get my reversed half and half on with a hooker at the chicken ranch.
