To Ron Paul, of course.
He has a good chance of surpassing his 3rd quarter total, by the end of today!

Anybody else been donating to presidental candidates?

Nope, never. Professional ethics prevent me from doing so. Plus, I'm cheap.

OK not only did Ron Paul surpass his Q3 total today, he set the GOP single-day primary fundraising record! $4.3 million!

After watching Ron Paul speak on TV, I can see why you would contribute to him.

I think Ron Paul is looking too give to much power too the individual states. Giving decisions to important issues to them, such as: Abortion, Capital Punishment(wtf?), and Gay Marriage. I would like to see either Guiliani or Obama to win, personally. Hillary is OK, but her foreign affairs policies suck so much. But I am just a stupid little 14 year old who can't vote anyway. Right?

Because?
I'm an honest anti-war anti-death-penalty pro-life free-trade free-market freedom-lover?
Why, thank you!

In some ways, Ron Paul has more spine than most democrats when it comes to military issues. I like that.

I like what he has to say about our military involvement overseas (http://www.house.gov/paul/congrec/congrec2002/cr012402.htm).

"Without any international competition for super-power status, our commitments have grown and spread, so that today we provide better military protection to Taiwan and South Korea and Saudi Arabia than we do for our own cities like New York and Washington."

Paul's opinion of the Taiwan Relations Act (http://www.house.gov/paul/congrec/congrec2001/cr042501.htm). Though he supports Taiwan's independence, he doesn't feel that the way we're going about it is fruitful.

"Morally and constitutionally a treaty cannot be used to commit us to war at some future date. One generation cannot declare war for another. Making an open-ended commitment to go to war, promising troops, money and weapons, is not permitted by the Constitution."

However, I gave money to Dennis Kucinich's campaign.

^ On foreign policy and executive power, Paul and Kucinich have nearly identical voting records. Earlier this year, they were the only two members of Congress to vote against recommending to the UN to charge Ahmadinejad for genocide.
