Here's my short intro:

I am interested in reading and discussing about issues affecting Asians living in North America, Europe, Latin America, whatever the place may be. Currently, I reside in Ontario, Canada, but am originally from Montreal, Quebec. I give a shout to my fellow Canadians!!!

Greetings, thanks for the welcome. What times are the forums most active? It seems to be slow in here. Perhaps there are only a limited number of regular and active posters?

Activity fluctuates from time to time. This is one of the more active forums. Only AsiaFinest and AsiaFanatics have more activity, but those forums tend to suit people who aren't so mature.

I don't go there often, there is a good reason...

I used to (sometimes) check out the off-topic forum of Canucks.com (the hockey team), but I usually just go to this forum (YW) nowadays.

The first time I came across Discover Vancouver, I was kind of hooked because of the shock factor. I was really shocked by the racism so I felt compelled to respond. But I no longer go there often. Most of the stuff is smut. I do post occasionally if I see a topic about things like immigration or multiculturalism.

Also, isn't that US attorney who just resigned from Minnesota, Rachel Paulose, of Keralan descent? I'd like to know more about her type of Christianity, if that's related to the "Godliness" of that Indian state.

(I'm not trying to pick a fight. It's just that I scan a lot of stuff, and come across a lot of factoids and rumors. Maybe I'm trying to look for linkages where there are none.)
