I'm a director of a nonprofit social service agency in the great Pacific Northwest. I settle squabbles amongst my staff, write grant proposals, brown-nose for money, and (increasingly) waste my time on Yellowworld.

Yeah this "work" thing is a real bummer. Kind of glad I'm going back to school though I'm not looking forward to exams again.

I have three jobs technically, but it appears as though I have two.

I'm an ABA therapist (Applied Behavioral Analyst) through the Special School District here for autistic children...and no i don't do therapy on lab rats, but hey, the research behind it does make use of those rodents. Sorry if you're an animal activist, but i really don't care much about mice BUT rest assured, they're treated as ethically as possible!

Anyway, I'm also a certified crisis worker and support staff at an adolescent suicide hotline. It feels like workstudy...which is awesome. I basically get paid to do my homework, but when a call comes, and when the person under 21 (who's trained to answer the call as a crisis worker) gets stumped... I am called to the rescue! I need a cape for this profession. Ok maybe not.

Third job: isn't really job but a vendor that basically just prints out my paychecks as the title of a behavioral therapist for an autistic child.... I don't know why it exists, but hey, i get three paychecks!
