There are two Asian-American male gymnasts, Kevin Tan and Sho Nakamori, who were members of the US team which recently placed 4th at the World Championships in Germany.

In addition, 3 top American female gymnasts are coached by Asian males (2 Chinese nationals and 1 Chinese-American).
