so now that i'm in my juvenile rotation, i'm learning a lot from my kids about homemade wine and other alcoholic beverages. then i learned from the chinese radio that fermented congee (a certain type of congee with tofu skin) can also be used to make beer.

any secret or home recipes that any of you have to share? i heard some vietnamese people make banana wine at home. how do you do that?
