Has anyone seen this show before?
It airs on the Discovery Health channel and it follows the life of a family that has 8 children which can be pretty insane. The reason why it surprised me is because the father is an Asian guy and the mother is a white woman. Though not an Asian woman as I would love to see a *real* Asian American family, I guess it's nice to have the opposite shown for once.
The kids look more Asian than white and they're all extremely adorable except when they start crying in unison. The routine that they have to go through is beyond insane. The mother has to carry around a calculator to find out which weight/price ratio is best, the time management has to be spot on, the budget has to be balanced, and not to mention that the mother is afraid of germs which makes things that much more complicated with 8 kids.
Other observations is that the mother seems to be more of the "controller" while the husband is seen as the more tender of the two. The father also seems to be very Americanized...so much so that he has no connection to whatever his ethnic background is which makes me guess that he's Japanese American, adopted Asian (non-Asian last name), or Hapa himself (not likely).
I would advise anyone who has the channel to watch it if they can.

As touching as this family is, I have to say the following:
Vagina. It's not a clown car.
