Maui Fever has to be the most racist show on MTV.
We have about a half dozen of white guys talking about waxing an equal number of white girls, and not one Hawaiian in sight, not even a Chinese person or the ubiquitous Japanese-American wahine with the floppy hat.
There is one guy who has brown hair who looks vaguely mixed, that's it.
And all they talk about is dating, and who'd they'd sleep with.
The women are vague about hooking up, and seem uncomfortable about just chilling with their boyfriends.
One guy is always bumming off money off the girl he's hot for.
Most of the time the shots are at drinking holes.
At the earlier party scene, all the boys except one left to get more beer. Then Chaunte showed up, and she's like wondering where the boys went. The other girls just don't like her. I hope one of the guys wax her good. Her boyfriend Anthony hates it.
In one scene, guys are talking about chicks while buzzed.
Funniest quote:
"We're gonna be 40 years old doing the same thing if we're smart."
The guy who said it was talking about the dating scene, and probably having to wait on women who spend most of their time putting make-up on.
