Actually...I seem to have a very easy time finding African American women. For whatever reason, African American women love Asian guys. Whenever I go to a night club, the African American women always seem to enjoy dancing with me. When I was taking ballroom dancing classes, two African American women wanted to be my dance partner and it was a tough decision choosing between the two (both were very down-to-earth, accomplished women). Many of my Asian friends say the same thing. So from my experiences, African American women tend to be drawn to Asian guys a lot more than you think.

growing up in a predominantly black neighborhood as a child, i had that experience. throughout my elementary and middle school years, the black girls had a thing for me, BUT they treated me like a outsider during school times or when the other male black kids were around.

Not all Latinas/Latinos have as strict a Catholic upbringing as you would think.

From the young Korean women I met, many of them were raised in the church, and surrounded by Christian male role models, so I was told they want to go with what they're familiar with. (Besides the fact, they were looking for Korean Christian guys, ANYWAYS) But I knew a few who didn't stick to that mentality either.

Your own approachablity should be something to take into consideration as compared to the approachability of groups of people. You're usually looking to click with one person at a time, not all the peoples of the world.
