Olympian Speed Skater Apolo Anton Ohno has been crowned the new Dancing with the Stars champion! Along with his super hot cutie partner Julianne Hough, Apolo virtually dominated this season's Dancing with the Stars!

And Julianne Hough is mad hot too. She is officially my new crush.

But the two will not become an official couple, thereby crushing any hopes we had of a hot AM/WF couple off the dance floor. Oh well, there's always the memories and their electrifying hot performances...

BTW, Dancing with the Stars is nearly TWICE as popular as Survivor...and like Survivor, DwTS has been dominated by Asian Americans. Cheryl Burke won the previous two seasons of DWtS, and of course, Apolo is this season's champ...

And Julianne Hough, what an angel. I think she's primed for great things. I wish her the best and hope she'll have a wonderful career in the entertainment business (she's also a singer and aspiring actress in addition to being a world class ballroom dancer).

She just needs to dump her 25-year-old college student boyfriend (yes, he's 25 years old though in his defense, many BYU undergradaute students are well in their mid-20s--Mormons tend to graduate from college at a much later age then normal since the average Mormon college graduate is 24-25 while the average college graduate overall is 22-23).

Indeed he did. A lot of ppl even thought that him and Julianne were dating and/or having an affair. These rumors were further fueled when Julianne broke off her engagement to her 25-year-old college student boyfriend.

As a Mormon, for a guy to enter "Elder" status (basically rite of passage into adulthood), he has to spend two years outside of Utah to areas designated by their council to do "missionary" work. They send a lot of these "Elder" candidates out here to SF. It's pretty amusing to me when the local kids scream "Swarming the Mormons!!" and basically overwhelm them, and do an inpromptu mosh pit with them, before running away again. It usually happens at the Muni Stations downtown, around San Francisco State University, and along Mission street.
