:puke: Eggrolls Etc. motto --
"Every order is delivered via rickshaw by first generation Chinese immigrants... We really should charge more for delivery, old Chinamen are getting expensive these days."

Hmm....the kung pao chicken is a, and I quote, "a Karate kick to your taste buds." I won't get into the multiple problems with this quote.

Not really sure what to make of it, but I will say its pretty tasteless humor.

Someday they're gonna fire the wrong old chinaman, and then, pooof oops, One great greasy ball of fire.
Eat your hearts out white men, we'll outlast, outlive, out everything your larded-up congested fat coagulated hearts anyday. I think they are doing a service in the long run for all the rest of us! They should be congratulated.
the bf's got a take out place in a black neighborhood. he's got 1 hispanic driver and the rest are black. that's the way to go when you're delivering in the south side.

the chinese delivery guy is a real american hero
http://www.husnain.com/budlight/heroes/Bud%20Light%20-%20Real%20American%20Heroes%20-%20Mr.%20Chinese%20Food%20Delivery%20Guy.mp3
however, they forgot to mention that chinese food delivery guys risk a mugging and possibly getting murdered by black people in their homage to the chinese food delivery guy.
the chinese food delivery guy is indeed a real american hero braving the elements and risking his life to deliver my general tso's chicken and pork fried rice.
so remember tip your chinese food delivery guy well and toss him a bud light to let him know that you appreciate his hard work.
can we start a restaurant and be all racist too? you know, like....serve ginormous portions of fried everything with extra extra gravy and or syrup? servers will dress in loud colors and talk in loud, obnoxious voices. oh! and fries with EVERYTHING!!! and a giant bucket for pop!!!

I think they call that "Kentucky Fried Chicken"?
But yeah, someone should do that right next door to him. If I were a rich chinese business person, I probably would open up a freakin whore house, selling hamburgers and french fries, and a nice juicy faaaat white woman/man wearing a mini skirt with their crack showing and advertise, "somebody asked for white meat?"

If JV loses his job for good, he's got a job as a deliveryman I see. :frown:
Dude's eggrolls look like turds.
This is offensive but I would give a lot of the blame to the Chinese chef. He's approving it and so the rest of them think it's harmless. I think they all need better judgement.

Regarding this specific line, "a Karate kick to your taste buds," I don't find it a bit offensive. It comes across really as just simple humour. Even if it was meant to be offensive, there is no clear cut evidence of it, so therefore you should leave it alone.
The complaint as a whole loses credibility when you take exception to really minor things.

Is that right? Karate for a Chinese themed restaurant doesn't bug you, I take it.

That really is the least of my worries. People say incorrect things all the time without any spiteful intention. In regards to this line by itself, and other similar comments you may experience, surely you can be patient with people who mean you no disrespect. It makes life a lot less edgy for everyone.
Just remember, when you complain about two things, and one of them is petty, people think you are half lame.
Complain only about legitimate things and people will always hear you when you speak up.
