If any of you read the article you'd notice it points out that everyone wears them, they just never got around to taking the law banning them off the books. It's much like those old laws, like the one that says it's legal to shoot a scotsman wearing a kilt in yorkshire with a bow and arrow.

Yes, SK women don't wear miniskirts. In fact, they wear burkas. This is good news though. SK is well on it's way to women's suffrage.
