Q_Q does anyone else suffer from the zombie syndrome (tired hollowed eyes, continous weight loss, an ill blemished face etc.)?
if i had to be a time, i would quite literally be 12am.
all the symptoms of the zombie syndrome arise mostly because of lack of sleep, excercise and an adequate diet as well as weird gastronological functions (which pretty much means, anything heavy = bathroom alert bathroom alert) and a thyroid gland that overworks itself to anxiety.
i'm still trying to find a way around it =/

Are you like this all the time? It sounds serious. Are you feeling stressed or depressed about something? Best to think about it over or talk to some friends about it.

^_~ i'm yw's youngest oldest person ever. haha. i got through with a back problem last year before being confronted with bouts of amnesia and panic attacks.
the body is strange like that. when certain things don't work, it really seems to affect the whole system.

Shit, that sucks. I think you should get on a track and run two miles then. Painful as it may be, exercise tends to fix things for some reason.

Why the lack of sleep?
Something stressing you?
That being the case, those worries can affect other things like desire to eat, etc.

Seriously, why are you trying to substitute an online forum full of rank medical ignorance for proper medical care?

I'll swap your zombie looks for my angina, and will sweeten the deal with 10 karma points.
Actually, lack of sleep, for whatever reason, is a horrible condition. A good few years ago I had liver problems, the first symptons of which were night sweats, night terrors (horrible in itself when they're every night) and erratic body weight.
It's worth checking out with your doctor; in my case the 'cure' was two months complete rest (which effectively meant two months Sega Megadrive Time) and a no fat diet (which I have forced myself to forget).

i generally tend to like zombies, except for the fact that they tend to look kind of creepy.
Was it YW that did this to you?

You're right, it's not worth using an item that won't work. It's like trying to cure silence with an antidote.
robotic you might be B-vitamin deficient. or possibly iron-deficient if you are starting your female cycles and havent increased iron intake to compensate for it. if you exercise more you will sleep better cuz you will feel more tired at the end of the night.
but i think i look my best at about 3am.

how does coffee prevent the zombie facr syndrome? i'm guessing that means you don't get dark circles under your eyes?

Tehe, no dark circles under my eyes!!
Coffee perks you up doesn't it? If you are perked up, the dark circles should fade since you are WIDE awake!
Or at least my friend said so...

umm...well i guess it depends, i get dark circles even if i'm fully rested...it's pretty much genetic for me.
i'm not sure if this was in a dream i had or i actually saw this somewhere (i've had lots of episodes like this lately, not being able to distinguish between reality and fake....reality) but putting caffiene under your eyes does help with eye bags cuz it shrinks the blood vessels or something.

i think i heard that somewhere too. instead it was tea bags from what i recall....wow, you have boring dreams. =P
ask my sister about my "episodes". they're actually starting to freak her out.

get some sleep. eat some food. excercise. stop posting on yw at odd hours of the night.
oh, and go outside where there's sunlight.... you know, the bright ball of light in the sky from the hours of 7am - 5pm.
