Not to rain on yoMama's parade (http://forums.yellowworld.org/showthread.php?t=30718), but Apple has finally admitted (http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2006/07/27/apple_acknowledges_macbook_issues/) I'm not crazy nor just a Apple basher (http://forums.yellowworld.org/showpost.php?p=479994&postcount=43).
Apple admits MacBook, MacBook Pro issues
http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2006/07/27/apple_acknowledges_macbook_issues/
Apple has acknowledged problems with its Intel-based portables that buyers have been banging on about for some time. In two support documents, the company informs suffering users to contact its AppleCare customer service team.
That's it - just contact AppleCare. No solution is offered for the "high-pitched buzzing sound" affecting some MacBook Pros or the "discolouration" seen "on the top case [of a MacBook] after some use".
And while these are minor problems, it casts some more suspicion about other problems that Apple customers have had which the company still refuses to acknowledge.
