No, I disagree with charming men being jerks on the inside. I think they can be genuinely misguided, not entirely jerks. It's not easy to be honest. And you WILL sniff out real morons over time.

Though I agree with the implants for men. It's utterly ridiculous that women are charged with the responsiblity of having a fucking matchstick surgically stabbed in their flesh.
