Well there are always exceptions...but it would be safe to say that people have a better chance of looking better the more time they spend investing in their looks. There are plenty of cute girls out there that don't have the whole regimen thing going and are low maintenance, and there are of course those that are so naturally gorgeous that they could knock guys dead in a pair of sweat pants, but just from my experiences the ones that do stand out particularly from the rest are pretty high maintenance. There are girls that go for guys with short spiky or faded hair and those that go for a longer or more bushy look. Styles in Asia tend to focus on longer locks and dyes with a more diverse range of styles.
