Well no kidding, I hate websites that use Flash. Adblock has been a lifesaver for me because I can block all these damn irrelevant Flash animations that people insist on putting in their websites.
so i guess i'm lucky that the comp i use at home isn't updated with the latest version of flash. but it really really annoys me when a site won't let you in UNLESS you have the latest version. an example is the lollapalooza site. it won't let me see anything, buy tickets, etc. because i refuse to dl the update. i don't fucking care about the moving pictures, animations, what-have-you. just let me do what i came to do.

A lot of music groups have their web sites done in flash. It is annoying. I guess someone equates it with being "flashy".

is this the exorcist flash? because i clicked the link but then immediately thought better of it and killed it before any further psychological scarring could ensue.
^ yeah, i clicked it too and it started doing something so i stopped it before that something could happen.

No, it's just good ol wholesome fun. Then a horrific and scary looking face with a deafening scream. Just kidding. It's not. Just fun watching.
Pavlov would be proud.

I thought it was funny! I like it when my stick figurines instigate a rebellion. Very bourgeois.

Woo hoo! You should talk to my project managers. Their attitude is, "why wouldn't someone want to view cool flash animations?!?"
