I believe it was the ChinaLama who coined the phrase:) There are also some minor perks, most of them having to do with posting permissions. Members of the YW Mafia also have expanded inboxes and can mass PM up to 10 other members.

If I think of any more little do-dads, I'll let y'all know:)
