Was doing a googles news search for michelle-malkin to see whose ragging or bragging on her blogging.

Then there was this link with the title You Got Googled! Madonna, MySpace, MoveOn And Christians.

But instead of the article having this tidbit in it -

Post Chronicle - May 24, 2006
... this column, has been "Googled". Michelle Malkin had difficulties becoming part of Google News. Charles Johnson of Little Green ...

It had this at the top, and nothing else:

Dear Reader, because Google has become very strict in what it considers to be acceptable content, we have removed this article. We regret having to take this action but since it's Google's game, we must play by their rules.

.
It may be a reaction to the conservative blogosphere that feels google won't link ultraconservative shit. (Well, maybe it shouldn't!). Here's one such article that you can find through google that details that complaint.

Something frighteningly ominous has been happening on the Internet lately: Google, without any prior explanation or notice, has been terminating its News relationship with conservative e-zines and web journals.

At first blush, one can easily ignore such business decisions by the most powerful company on the Internet as being routine. However, on closer examination, such behavior could give one relatively small (when measured by the size of its workforce) technology corporation a degree of political might that frankly dwarfs even its current financial prowess.

with articles like this gem (http://www.newmediajournal.us/staff/peck/05102006.htm), it's ridiculous that they are sitting there wondering, "huh? why were we removed from Google News?"

even if it's an op-ed, it's not the points of the articles that make them objectionable. it's rhetoric like "mobs of Muslim savages" and "dirty rag-towel wearing ‘War Lords'" that make them objectionable. if you want to be a credible news source, you need to understand this.

Aww, but why, i don't see why, they're all chalk full of neo-conservative goodness, witty racist remarks and ignorance of any sort of rational legal, political and economic nuanses.

So since it will not appear on Google News they took it down?
Fucking crybabies. They are relying on Google to get their news out instead of promoting the website itself.

Real censorship means government imposition. Nobody is stopping their speech or shutting down their site. This is just Google deciding not to link or reference their websites anymore. People don't have a right or entitlement to be search indexed.
