hoobastank. nice. hometown hero also opened for incubus, but i was a bit disappointed in their performance. they lacked a little something called enunciation. <_<

Haha, Hometown Hero totally got hte crowd pumped up this time. Maybe bcuz I'm guessing the Incubus concert was huge. The one I went to was like Hoobastank in my living room, it was so small. Which means the mosh pit was MEAN and the lead singers were jumping off the stage and crowd surfing everywhere.

yah. i actually kinda felt bad for hometown hero since everyone was obviously just waiting for incubus to take the stage. this was at assembly at u of i, so the concert venue was huge. anyway, while hometown hero was on stage, people were walking in and out and just kinda goofing around. also, they had less stage space than incubus did, i guess because incubus just had more money for nicer sets.

Last Saturday, I went into town and saw Melt Banana from Tokyo.
I think they're reaching the end of their month-and-a-half long tour of the US. They always have a hectic schedule. They play a different city each night. :!

I hear ya. That's why I like smaller shows better. So that you can be RIGHT UP CLOSE touching the artists. I got water from their Greenwheel's hot guitar player poured on me. And I got to hug their lead singer, too. And the Hometown Hero lead singer grabbed my hand. :)
