I've bought the correct bulb already to replace the burnt out one, but I can't figure out how to take the cover off. I lost the owner's manual and I can't find instructions anywhere. I already took off all the screws that I saw.
Anyone knwo how to take the headlight cover off so I can replace the bulb?
Thanks

for most nissan car the easiest way is to pull the headlight (240sx 95-96 theirs no other way because theirs a retaining screw) What type of bulb is it? H4, ? h7? 9006? if its a 9006 u can just turn the whole bulb and connector, h4/h7 probs is same set up as s14 240sx that nessesitates headlight removal.

Its a 9006.
I don't have a problem pulling the bulb, its getting to the original buldb that's the problem. I can't take the headlight cover off to get to the bulb.

also it shouldnt be 9006? what year do u have the faq says
Headlights are "9004" for the 3rd generation.
Headlights are "9004" and fog lights are "H3" for the 4th generation.
Headlights are "H4" and fog lights are "H3" for the 5th generation.
u should be able to turn it if u move sum stuff around or take out, if notu gotta pull the headlight then, u never should seperate the clear housing and the black back plate. most nissan car its hard to access just take off what u need to access the light i cant really help u other then that cuz. i dont know the exact procedure to remove ur housing, for my car its take out the cornerlens, remove the center grill the unscrew 4 bolts per headlight housing then bam its off.

Got it!
Thanks...got the headlight off. Just had to take the front grille off...that did the trick.
And you were right, it was a 9004. I didn't look at the packaging right.
Thanks will.
