You would not believe what just happen this dog (a boxer) was mauling this kid. I went to my friends house during my lunch break to play Tekken 5. I stayed a little longer than an hour because my boss wasn't here today lucky thing I did. My friend's sister comes in the door screaming that this dog is attacking this kid. Me and my friend go out to see what happening and this boy is balled up on the ground with the dog bitting at him. We go over there my must have gotten scare cause ran back to get his gun. I grab this dog by the collar and pull him up. I'm getting scratch to hell and bitten a little. I hold the dog up until only his only his hind legs touch the ground (I'm kinda big about 6'8) The dog is struggling to get free. I bang it against the van next to me then throw the dog forward it slides about 5 feet away. The dog comes at me and bites me on high forearm area (not good) and starts mauling at me. I push and pin the dogs head against the van and grabbed the collar once more and raised it up again. The kid is still on the ground crying. There was a guy watching and slowing walk at me telling me I can let his dog go now. I like you sure he's not gonna at me again look at that kid. fuckin kids friends just looking scare shitless (Not that I would want the to get hurt trying to help) and this asshole doesn't seem to give a shit. They shouldn't have walk across yard like they always do. I said your damn dog bit me too (ripped the damn cuff of my sleeve). I didn't sick the dog on them they just came too close to the yard. I threw the dog towards him. They need to learn some manners. I tell him that dog comes at me again or I see him come anyone I gonna kill him (I love dogs I wouldn't kill a dog unless I had to.) He says is that threat then goes inside didn't even check on the kid or really said he was sorry. I helped the kid up his sleeve had numerous bite marks and so did his pants by the shins. But none of the bites look too bad and he had a couple of scratches on his face. The kid was in good enough shape to walk home and he lived down the street. His parent should sue that asshole.

What an irresponsible dog owner! I sure hope that owner pays for both you and the kid's medical bills, psychological counseling, etc etc. If the dog is found unable to be rehabilitated and put down, they should get the owner for animal cruelty too.

On the flip side...if the kid was purposefully riling the dog or messing with it then it's the damn kid's fault.

I talked to my friend and the child's mom and dad are filing a police report and are planning to sue. But the guy seems to have gone off for a while the child's parents couldn't even get in touch with him to talk with him. Man its like he doesn't give a shit. People like that really deserves to get stepped on. From what I heard this is not the only incident with this guy involving a dog. I heard he has another in his backyard that has been known to come at people. But I don't know if that one hurt anyone.
