It always amazes me that those well off Asians living in foreign countries does nothing for their poor Asian counter parts. There are many Chinese who are successful in science or business and are now millionaires! I personally know many successful Chinese people who are very well off. But I also know many Chinese who are living in poverty and are desperate in need of help. I know this Chinese family who are so poor they live in 1 bed room, I know this Chinese woman who sold herself to a black man and the black man abuses her. I know many Chinese women married to white man, Mexican man and black man so they can get a green card!

Those Chinese women who are forced by economic circumstance to become sex slave for the white man, black man and Mexican man are abused horribly. The Chinese women are beaten when they refuse to follow order, the Chinese woman is forced to clean the dishes, wash the car, get grocery and cook! The Chinese women are also treated with racial slurs and sexual abuse. One account of an abuse on a newspaper I read 5 month ago recounts how a Chinese woman was brutally beaten by her White husband because she refuses to perform oral sex on him!

Chinese woman as young as 7 are kidnapped from there happy homes in China to foreign country and are brutally beaten, sold and raped. The surprising fact is many of the people who sell beautiful Chinese girls to slavery are Chinese themselves. I hate those Chinese people who chose to betray their own race but a good question is why? And why do those Chinese men chose to be so cruel and sell their own flesh and blood?

Many reasons are given by the so called experts, such as, (economic, moral or they are bad people!) But I have an even stronger and better reason and that is lack of racial awareness! Those Chinese men obviously are not aware just how beautiful the Chinese girls are, they obviously are not aware how much they are hurting themselves and their race by abusing Chinese woman! I am sure if those Chinese men were taught early from an earlier age to love their race and to love their own woman they would not have done what they did!

Ahem.
This ain't new and it's non-discriminatory.
Human trafficking is becoming a problem.
Anyway I had an idea for a novel about this topic.

Just couldn't really ever get it off the ground.

A lot of that is true. But you have got to be coherant. And cut the race betrayal stuff, because nobody is confined to any race but the human race, and it sounds kind of misogynistic.

You're assuming that he's here raising the issue with the intent of legitimately raising the issue.

Reeks of trollbait to me.

Racial awareness! It is in the last paragraph! Chinese people must learn to embrace who they are!

U.S. Determined To Fight Trafficking, Bush Says, Signing New Law
New law strengthens current anti-trafficking effort, attacks domestic demand (http://usinfo.state.gov/gi/Archive/2006/Jan/11-191763.html)

Created: 10 Jan 2006 Updated: 11 Jan 2006 | By Jeffrey Thomas | Washington File Staff Writer

Washington -- Signing legislation January 10 that strengthens U.S. efforts to fight human trafficking at home and abroad, President Bush reiterated American determination “to fight and end this modern form of slavery.”

“We are called by conscience and compassion to bring this cruel practice to an end,” said Bush during a ceremony in Washington to sign legislation renewing the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, the first comprehensive U.S. law aimed at deterring trafficking, punishing traffickers and protecting and rehabilitating the victims.

The new legislation reauthorizes funding for anti-trafficking programs in the United States and abroad that were initiated by the 2000 law, as well as providing additional funding and programs. According to estimates by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the bill will provide $361 million over the next two years to combat human trafficking and protect victims.

The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) of 2005 authorizes programs geared toward reducing the demand for prostitution in the United States, which fuels sex trafficking. It also authorizes new funds to state and local authorities for the investigation and prosecution of domestic trafficking, as well as funds for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to fight both domestic and international trafficking.

The legislation also gives U.S. courts jurisdiction over federal government employees and contractors accused of trafficking offenses committed abroad. In addition, it strengthens the use of money laundering, racketeering and civil and criminal forfeiture statutes against traffickers.

Internationally, the TVPRA requires U.S. assistance programs for post-conflict and humanitarian emergencies to include anti-trafficking measures, and it includes provisions for monitoring and combating forced labor and child labor in foreign countries.

It requires that the State Department include in its annual Trafficking in Persons Report information on the steps taken by international organizations to prevent involvement of their personnel with trafficking.

In his remarks at the signing ceremony, President Bush said “human traffickers operate with greed and without conscience, treating their victims as nothing more than goods and commodities for sale to the highest bidder.”

Thousands of teenagers and young girls are brought into the United States every year where they are “forced to submit to unspeakable evil,” he said. “Those who pay for the chance to sexually abuse children and teenage girls must be held to account. So we'll investigate and prosecute the customers, the unscrupulous adults who prey on the young and the innocent.”

Bush spoke of the “duty to reach out to victims of trafficking, some of whom were smuggled into this country as children.”

“The legislation I signed today will help us provide important new services to these victims, including appointing a guardian for young victims and providing access to residential treatment facilities to help victims get a chance at a better life,” he said.

The TVPRA authorizes several pilot projects as well as grants to nongovernmental organizations to provide counseling and help to reintegrate victims of trafficking into society. These include pilot treatment facilities for both domestic and foreign victims of trafficking.

Under U.S. law, victims of trafficking are not deported. They have the right to stay in the United States, either through "continued presence," which allows victims to stay pending an outcome of a trial, or through a "T" visa, which allows them to stay for up to three years and thereafter to apply for legal permanent status.

Representative Chris Smith, a Republican from New Jersey who authored the original anti-trafficking law as well as its reauthorization, said in a January 9 statement that “human trafficking is not a criminal activity exclusive to foreign countries – it happens within our own borders, within our own communities.”

“The 2005 Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act strengthens and expands our efforts and allows law enforcement to continue to liberate the women and children who are forced and coerced into slavery,” he said.

Trafficking provides organized crime with annual profits in the range of $8 billion to $10 billion, according to the U.S. Department of Justice, which estimates that 600,000-800,000 people are trafficked across international borders each year. Millions more are trafficked internally within the borders of countries, including somewhere between 14,500 and 17,500 in the United States.

Worldwide, more than 3,000 traffickers were convicted last year – an increase from the previous year, according to the State Department’s Trafficking in Persons Report for 2005 (http://www.state.gov/g/tip/rls/tiprpt/2005/).

“We will continue to call on other nations to take action against trafficking within their own borders,” Bush pledged.

The Trafficking Victims Protection Act must be reauthorized every two years; the last reauthorization took place in 2003.

A transcript (http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2006/01/20060110-3.html) of the president’s remarks at the signing ceremony is available on the White House Web site. A statement (http://www.house.gov/apps/list/press/nj04_smith/prtraffickinglaw.html) by Representative Smith about the TVPRA is available on his Web site.

The text of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/10492.pdf) is available on the Web site of the State Department’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, as well as the 2003 reauthorization legislation (http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/28225.pdf) (both are in .pdf format). I know this Chinese woman who sold herself to a black man and the black man abuses her.
Actually...if it makes you feel any better for parity's sake, all the Chinese women I've gone out with abuse ME. And I get down on my knees and take it like the good, simpering, leather-restrainted sub that I am.

B-but...okay, okay...riddle me this...what IF the Chinese woman wanted to hang around ME from the git-go and I wanted (initially, anyways) nothing to do with it? What if they coaxed me, through a menagerie of alcoholic libations, skimpy-clothed bedeviltries and other unmentionable feminine wiles to take advantage of me and satiate their own selfish desires?

And does that give them the right to truss me up like a Thanksgiving turkey, hoist me up roughly eight feet in the air by industrial-strength lift and pulley systems attached to the ceilings in their basements and spank me raw like a pinata, laughing all the while at my debased humiliation as I spind round and round and round like a bad Cher record on a discotheque turntable?

Does it? DOES IT?

BestChinese, what you've just said on your forum is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone reading that thread is now dumber for having read it.
