White and non-white albinsim
How can an albino be a "person of color?"
and
How can you tell when a White person has albinsim?
I only ask because a person with albinsim said their were unjustly denied compensation for their condition. They also told me they were non white.
I have this persons name and phone # and have talked with them on several occasions. (If you want to talk to him I can ask him to call you)
I think the key to producing justice for this person is finding the criteria that is used for determining if a person qualifies as an albino, and then comparing their qualifications to other albino's qualifications.
the data could be compared to discover if my friend is being mistreated on the basis of color or on the basis of albinism.
An appropriate compensation package could then be produced.
My friend cannot see very well and he has skin problems too. Because of this, he can't just work any job thats offered him.
One person with albinism told me they got social security. I was unable to get the mechanics for how they did it from them.
Does anybody know the criteria that is used to determine when a person has albinism and when they are just very pale?
