Wide. How could you have it any other way.
Of course widescreen. We view the world through our eyes in panoramic fashion so widescreen makes more sense assuming you have a large enough screen. Also, assuming the film was originally produced in widescreen format, the last thing you want to do is watch a full frame, pan & scan cut of the film since you're missing out on so much of the original picture.

I'm going to have to buy some James Cameron movies. That Super 35 feature looked interesting.

Widescreen. Any true lover of film goes this route.

Depends on the movie, and how much it costs. I used to prefer full b/c we all know "bigger is better" (<-hahhah!). This changed when I recently learned the philosophy behind widescreen, which to seems ideal for viewing action movies on large TVs. So, if I'm going to watch "Star Wars" on a large TV and widescreen is cheaper I'd go with widescreen, no doubt.

Widescreen, if I have a choice. I'm waiting for the day I actually get one of those cinema-wide flatscreen plasma TVs to put up on my wall.
However, fullscreen DVDs are MAD CHEAP and sometimes when I go hunting in the used movie bins, I can make out like a bandit.
