Who jogs?
What do you wear? Spandex? or Bare like some people in New Zealand? When do you run?
How long do you run? and How far?

O me first me me
*I jog.
*I wear casual clothes; shirt (and maybe a sweater), boxer (especially my wedgie-free ones with some Chinese symbol... ), um... shorts. and people in NZ don't run in bare...
*I run in the right time. Yesturday (which was like the first time in months), I ran at night... like in dim light.. I like the privacy. TOmorrow, I'll run at 6:30..? I like the privacy (repetition means emphasising; emphasising the repetition)
*I ran for about 6 minutes yesturday night... man and I ran long I reckon... amazing how far you can go in 6 minutes. Probably 1km I think... or maybe 800m.

i run usually after work before dinner. i don't wear spandex just track pants and t-shirt (sweat shirt if it's cold). i alternate days of jogging and wind sprints.

I don't jog often.
But I usually go with whatever clothes I'm wearing plus sneakers when I do go.
i used to jog pretty regularly...maybe 15-18 miles a week (3 - 4.5 miles each time). then i got lazy for awhile but i'm trying to get back into it, at least once or twice a week (3 miles each time). most of my runs are on a treadmill but the longer runs are around a lake. one of these days i'll tackle the beach run, which is about 7 miles round trip with a fat hill. :frown:
i jog in shorts and a tshirt or tank top when i'm indoors. when it's cold outside, i'll wear long sleeve shirts, but i can't wear long pants to run. it just bugs me for some reason.
and i run at night. absolutely nothing will get me to exercise in the morning. i can sometimes be coerced to go in the afternoon.

I've heard of naked jogging in the States, but not in New Zealand.
Until I recently fell under the weather, I was running about 4 times a week. I try to run a minimum of 3 miles. I probably max out at about 6. I'd like to train to run more.
I just wear regular lacrosse/basketball shorts and a t-shirt. If it's really cold, I'll wear a long sleeve shirt and track pants. I overheat really easily though, so I don't go crazy with the layers.

I've been jogging with my cousin a few nights a week. It's amazing how good you feel in the next couple of days. I use to get winded after about 4 minutes, but then I could jog for several minutes and recover for a couple of minutes and get started again. Usually I'll wear a hooded sweatshirt and jogging pants, but I find that shoes make the most difference in how well you perform. I tried jogging in my semi-skater shoes and it hurt. The jogging sneakers I borrowed though was anything but. I say you should invest in a good pair of running shoes. Everything else is secondary.
