I play but gave up the strings were hard. I used Paul and Jin. Messed around with Brian Fury, but he was a bit limited for my tastes and his ten string started high, high if I remember right, so it was hard to set up and easy to block the first hit. Also tried Ling because of her combo potential, thought she was like Gen from Streetfighter Alpha 2 and 3 with switching styles and all. But dang, she's a pain in the ass to learn.
My whole basic game was the ten string, gah the memorization was a pain in the ass! I'm more of a SF player. Hehe that was the extent, my counter and pop up after a knockdown defense sucked ass.
Yeah you'll prolly kick my ass, I suck. Hwoarang is one of the top tier characters if I remember right, because his string starts from mid, high and then low. And his links of counters are brutal. Dunno if it's right, it's been awhile for me.

Mr. HH's combo: Anna and Lee. Anna in her white and black furry sexpot outfit and Lee in his tux.

Haha damn I can't believe I still remember Paul and Jin's 10 strings.
Jin: f,f,N+2,1,2,2,3,4,4,1,2,1 or
f,f,N+2,1,2,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 or
3,2,4,3,1+4,2,2,1,2
Paul: 1,2,3,2,1,2,1,4,2,1 or
1,2,3,1,4,2,1,4,2,1
Must've drilled the sequence into my head and spend hours upon hours working on the timing of the links.
Stopped when Tekken Tag came out. Kinda got frustrated with the game.

i dont really like tekken that much because i know namco can do better looking at their game Soul Caliber which is still one of the most fluid fighting games ever. Also i like the button mashing madness of the dead or alive series which feels more random and frantec then the methodic tekken.

Wow I stink compared to you guys. Ten string combos?? I've always like king, but I can't figure out how to do the throw combo where he picks you up and throws you, rolls you over and throws you again and again....
Steve fox the boxer dude is pretty good too.

Yeah there are some sick combo videos out there done by tournament caliber players.
I love fighting games. That adrenaline rush when you go on a streak at the arcade, taking on a new challenger, pulling off a huge ass combo when your opponents make a mistake. It's like woooooooooooo!
My boy who works at the Chinatown Fair is ranked pretty decent in the nation in Tekken Tag and went to the nationwide Tekken tournament in Cali. He used to put a $100 dollar bill on top of the arcade machine and any challenger that can beat him one round out of three rounds (not knock him off the machine, just win one match out of the three) gets the bill. Lol, I walked by after I was done on the SF Alpha 3 machine and just snatched it. So chasiu tong mein was on him that night. :D
Supposedly they did an international tournament in Tekken and I think Korea has the best Tekken players. I would love to see that tournament video if anyone has it.
I know Japan has the best Street Fighter players. Hehe I'm an addict I have almost every possible Street Fighter tournament tapes and Combo tapes (both underground and mainstream).

No one plays with 10 hits. If you try a ten hit on anyone who has been playing longer than 1 month then you will be blocked and hit. You will lose.
In tekken 4 if you wanna do king's multi throw, just sidestep and throw then hit all 4 buttons simultaniously over and over again. It's a flaw in the game, but it works. He'll do some combo that links 5 throws to each other.
The way I play is to be tricky and hit low when people expect high. Then do the same thing but insted hit high when they were expecting low.

Now you tell me! Fooking one month learning those strings in Tekken 2. Like I said, I sucked.
Yeah I seen tournament play it's all pokey pokey like SF.

King is badass. I went through his combo list just to see what he had - I couldn't believe it. All those throw combos. He can bend and crack and opponent for like 60 seconds straight if you hit all the combos. I'm surprised they didn't include Dryhumping and Pissing on Fallen Opponent as moves to do after he leaves someone on the ground as a broken husk.
