"transfixes hong kong"?? maybe transfixes South China Morning Post readers (I personally wouldn't be caught dead with one of those). Contrary to the usual trend of sex, drugs, and violence reporting in Hong Kong, the coverage in the English-language media has been a lot more saturated than that in the Chinese-language media. Kissel makes the first page all the time in SCMP; she's usually buried in a few column-inches on page 3 or 4 of the free newspapers (HK has 3 of these now), or in one of the middle sections of the pay newspapers.

at least that's what I heard.

(and I'm pretty sure dateline NBC will have a story about this, since all their program is either about celebirty gossip or murder mysteries....)

That article isn't even particularly revealing, doesn't even have most of the disgusting details about her sex life (descriptions of specific acts, the manner in which they were conducted, her humiliation about being forced to participate in them, etc.) which have been plastered all over the papers and which I have no desire to reproduce here.

BTW For the past 3 months she's been claiming she didn't do it, so this is something of a reversal.
