It's been a couple days since I registered ... I suppose I should introduce myself.
I'm currently in that transitional "young adult" phase, where I'm trying to figure out what I can do besides being a student and pushing pins into the wall of my cubicle.
I read voraciously, everything I can get my hands on. I also write, though I can't call myself a writer, since I mainly write for friends and to keep logs of pages in my life. I like using "shy" words, but since I tend to remember after I'm done conversing, writing allows me to indulge.
Oh, I like languages ... and Japanese and Cantonese are ones I'm now trying to add to my measly repetoire.
I struggle with what being Asian means. In fact, I was Googling about why Asians can be racist without feeling it's wrong when YW came up. I like what's being written and I like what I can see of the community.
