Anger resurfaced when the Justice Department accused Boston yesterday of disrespecting and coercing Asian and Hispanic voters who have a limited ability to speak English.

But that's just one of the issues. Other:

Scandal erupted in 1999 when a state investigation found elections employees had been working at other businesses on city time. One had been running an election service on the side and had been renting city-owned voting machines to other organizations.

I would think that people sticking up for this should really think again.
