i was just out in del mar visiting friends
nice area, would like to live there until i did my salary converter from chicago. turns out one has to have triple the salary. so i'll be stuck in chicago for a bit longer

I'm in South Orange County. When I was living in San Diego, Del Mar was considered sort of the Beverly Hills of San Diego. The housing prices there can be significantly higher than the average So Cal community. Where I live, you can still buy a 4 Bedroom, 2500 sq ft house for less than $500k
