I rember reading on one of my movie rags that Angella Bassett wanted to be storm.
I guess Halley came cheeper since at the time she hadnt gotten an award and all.
I hate her as storm.
Her accent goes from caribian sounding to irish sounding and i cant take her seriously as a tough person.
I dont know how i am going to sit through the new Bond and have to watch her try and be a super spy.

Storm is commanding. Royal. Terrible and beautiful. She was worshipped as a goddess for chrissakes. I want to see some of that ego and presence of "I am goddess. Fuck with me and DIE!!"
No one likes my choice of Iman? I know she's Somalian, but her accent has to be an improvement over Halle's fake one.

BTW, whoever is playing Colossus is hot. The one playing Kurt is not. Which is a shame, I always had a crush on Nightcrawler. Hell with it, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine does it for me.

yeah but in the movie whoever she touches gets this coloration on his skin and he doesn't pass out. the part about passing out is a real distinct difference because that's how she disables her foes in the comic.

Most, if not all, X-Men readers have crushes on at least one characters. I would even want to do Beast. In his blue Beast form mind you, not just Hank McCoy in his X-Men costume.

Yeah Storm WAS worshipped as a goddess...
but she also had to live as a thief for a while and has claustrophobia...
I dunno, she was leader of the Gold Strike Team of X-Men for a while right, while Cyclops was leader of the Blue Strike Team...but for some reason ol' Scott Summers is still the leader of the X-Men to me :P

Jubilee is kinda better looking in her casual clothes than as an X-chica. She also looks more Chinese casually, which is what she's supposed to be.
As for me, I think all the X-girls are hot, esp in casual clothes. Jean Grey has a HOT uniform, almost makes me want to pull a Chasiubao_Boy-Avatar when I see it, but she's much better looking out of uniform w/ her hair down.

He got some prime coverage in graphic novels that didn't treat the character like comic relief. Plenty of sexual content with a lot of shadows conveniently placed.

I agree with HH. Iman would visually make an excellent Storm.
But, I've never heard Iman's voice. Storm's voice commands respect and projects authority. Angela Basset's voice would work to that effect.

Silver Samurai is a badass.
Him and sabertooth used to be the baddest individual villans in the X-Mens rogues gallery.
Till Nimrod came along anyway...
I'd love for them to do some version of Psilocke's origen story with Spiral and The Body Shoppe.
With a cameo appearance by Brian Braddoc and Megan and mebby a background shot of him as Captain Britan.
THe hellfire club would be cool to see as well.

nah man. they shouldn't even bother with the old psylocke. they should just introduce her as she is in the comic book right now - without that crimson dawn bullshit.
the story that i really want to see is the x-men fighting sentinels - and having no choice but to team up with magneto, who of course, could tear them up part by part.
either that or the morlock massacre.
