just to note for people who think cars like the signal and veilside Z33 are bellow them and rice.
the signal S15 silvia costs about 60-70,000 us $ to make including the 25,000$ s15 silvia. Has 600+ hp is streetable and runs 10 second 1/4 and handles pretty darn well. It'll run circles around an m3 and most modified skyline GTR.
The Z33 has a 4000$ paint job, 4000$ 19' wheels, 2000$ exhaust, and so on added to the cost of the car which is a Z33 Fairlady Z sport package (32,000 US $)

68 degree cams? I assume it is supposed to be 268. Heh.

My vote goes to most factory Turbocharged cars as those can be easily modified for more boost and because breathing mods (intake, exhaust, etc) are much more effective.
Rant:
I don't see why many tuners and street modders must use such huge turbos like the T88 33D on the Sylvia. I'm not saying the T88 does not belong on that Sylvia (since it is a race car), but I question why people put huge turbos on street cars. Even for drag racing, those turbos are nothing but an exercise in finding traction and not burning clutches. It is my opinion that people over-glorify peak HP and torque figures instead of building a car with less peak HP and torque but with a MUCH more useable powerband. Having no power down low and a 300HP and 300ft/lb spike near the end of the rpm range is not my idea of usable power.

one clean boosted maxima. stillen v2 supercharged with blitz bov

that maxima looks ok, i dont like the wheels that much, also they look like almost the wrong offset for a FWD car, small lip too. For that car i'd use Work Equip or Blitz techno speed Z3 18x7.5 +42 offset. Technically theres no need for a blow off valve in a super charged application, also because this is a MAF equiped vehicle using a ATMosphere vented blow off valve might make the car stumble at low rpm or stall.

Adding my two cents in. :)
One of the best tuner cars out there are probably DSMs (Diamond Star Motors) (http://www.dsm.org). Cheap, turbocharged, tons of mods, and fun overall. Just that maintenance they require a lot more tenderloving care. <_<

^ True, but those damn DSM transmissions! I've known too many with shredded trannys... one guy threw a gear right through his transmission case! :o

Well my fave car is one that i own back home,Its a 99 Toyota Aristo V300 TT.It now resides at my house in Northern Thailand where i was born and raised and visit as often as possible. It Is for those who do not know called a Lexus GS300 in the United states. But there in asia the Aristo V300 TT comes with toyotas 2JZ-GTTE twin turbo inline 6 cylinder ngine and pushes out 334 HP and 328 lbs tourqe stock.I love that car.Its alpine white and very fast.Everytime i go my brother wants to race against me in his 98 Honda Accord SiR-T(Acura TL Typse S in the states) Even though he has made modifications to the C30A4 that lies under his engine bay and my car is hevier and we are about the same HP now even though we both have made mods most Hondas still lack torque.he owns DUNK Performance in thailand and we have a site called Nothing Cars Modified Thailand. But for the time i am in the US i have my Honda Integra GSR 98 4dr that makes me feel at home.Me and my cousin own and Run Chopstixxx Performance in Amarillo TX.Home of the most import cars i think, well in a neighborhood ha ha ha.I would post a pictuire of my cars that was taken of me and them at the thailand auto show but i have no idea how 2 upload for show.
