You're doing a great job. I applaud you.

Since we're all venting, I'm still sick and tired of people talking on their fucking mobile phones without a hands-free set while driving. It's not that damn expensive to buy nor is it *that* hard to use, people. You think its that much hassle to use? Well, imagine the hassle when you get into an accident just cause you couldn't control your vehicle properly since you had one hand on the wheel and the other handling your mobile being jammed into your ear.

Oh, if you still plan on driving without a hands-free...then turn your goddamn phone off!

...fuckers.

How about those that love to drive slow in the left lane? It doesn't matter if the person behind you is breaking the speed limit, that person might have diarrhea! Move to the center lane for a sec, lemme pass, and then go back to clogging the left lane, sheesh!

DENVER - Colorado is serious about its no-dawdling law in left lanes. Drivers who insist on staying in the passing lane are risking tickets as the State Patrol has begun enforcing a law requiring motorists to use the left lane for passing only.

Since the patrol started enforcing the "Left Lane Law" three months ago, troopers have written about 460 tickets or about an average of five a day to drivers who dawdle in the left lane.

The law applies in zones with speed limits of 65 mph or higher. It took effect July 1, but troopers gave drivers until January to get used to the new law; warnings were issued instead of tickets.

Master Trooper Ron Watkins said that since the ticketing campaign began three months ago about 90 percent of the drivers he has pulled over for dawdling or cruising in the left lane said they didn't know that it was illegal to do so.

Violators of the left lane rule may be fined up to $41 and have three points tacked onto their driver's licenses. The law is not enforced when the highway is too congested to allow drivers to pass.

OMG! Texas NEEDS this law! (Of course, then they'd probably tack on something like being able to shoot the guy for resisting haha)

Managers piss me off. Well, pretty much almost every organization does. Including the Secret Service and the CIA (hides in the closet).

Police: Woman sold daughter for car
Second daughter allegedly forced into prostitution

Wednesday, April 13, 2005 Posted: 8:07 AM EDT (1207 GMT)

OKEECHOBEE, Florida (AP) -- A woman was arrested for allegedly forcing her 12-year-old daughter into prostitution and trading a 14-year-old daughter for a car.

The 39-year-old woman was charged with aggravated child abuse and sexual performance by a child. Both girls have been turned over to the Department of Children & Families.

The youngest girl and her mother were living out of their car, and would sell sex for food and an occasional shower at the men's homes, according to a report by Okeechobee County Sheriff's Detective K.J. Ammons.

The youngest daughter is three months pregnant, the report said; she was 11 when her mother first forced her to have sex with a man. The older daughter refused to be a prostitute and was allegedly sold for a car.

"She was sold to a man for a Mercury Cougar," Ammons said. "But he never gave the mother the vehicle." He was arrested in the case.

The youngest girl told detectives her mother took them out of school. "She said she was a good student and made A's and B's, and all she wants to do is go back to school," he said.

Cell Phone Users Interrupt Sex for Phone Calls
"People can't bear to miss a call," said Christine Hannis, head of communications for BBDO Europe. "Everybody thinks the next call can be something really exciting. And getting so many calls proves social success," she said. "It fulfills a fundamental insecurity."

It's not that, but it's the ringing that makes you lose focus so you finally give up and answer so that you can hang up as quick as possible and go on.

Hmmm....maybe I should change it to vibrator mode and take advantage of that call
