The key word is 'communication'. Without even having met any key N Korean leaders, it is naiive for the US administration to brand them in negative terms.

Of all we know, Kim Jong-IL may be more readily converted to becoming a born-again christian than what George Bush thinks! That would really cause alarm to the world.
