no one ever looks good in a mugshot. and how come the above two celebrities are wearing some really colorful shirts when they get arrested, when all the people getting arrested on COPS have no shirts at all?

Ok well yeah she looks like she lives in a house on wheels but I'd hardly say she's the "scariest looking human being on the planet". It's mostly those red dot thingies/acne on her forehead and face more than anything.
