I already posted my shit on craigslist, so I figure it couldn't hurt to put something up here as well.=)

I've got a room available for rent in my three bedroom condo in Santa Monica, CA.

The details: $780 for 1 bedroom, share 1 bath in a 3 bedroom condo in northside Santa Monica. The place is north of Wilshire at 21st & Montana. You'll be sharing a bathroom with my chill and friendly female roommate, Faith. Rent includes all utilities, cable in the bedroom, and wireless DSL. Washer, dryer and gas fireplace in the unit. Fully furnished kitchen, living room and dining areas. My friendly cat, Kitty Man (formerly known as Meowzy), guards the premises. Actually, my roommate also has a cat, but that one's usually couped up in her room.

Convenient to UCLA, Santa Monica College, Third Street Promenade, Main Street, Santa Monica Place and all other Westside points of interest. Less than a block from the nearest Big Blue Bus stop. There's a small, neighborhood grocery store less than half a block down on Montana for last minute shopping needs. There is also a Whole Foods just five blocks away on Wilshire, and a Wild Oats down the street on Montana. And for all you drinkers, the condo is within reasonable walking distance to O'Brien's Pub, the Gas Light, and Lush on Wilshire.

Prefer a friendly, clean, mellow, drama-free, college student/working college grad/grad student (i.e. someone who can pay the rent on time). Available for immediate move in. One year lease preferable, but I'm open to negotiation. Low $250 deposit.

The downside to living here is that you can't rant about how stupid and annoying your roommate is here on Yellowworld, 'cause I'm likely to read about it. But really, Kasia can vouch for me; I'm really not psycho at all. And you've read my posts, so you already know what I'm all about.

If you're interested, or have any questions, PM me. Thanks!

HAH. You should have posted this last week, I was considering moving out, but I told my roommates I'm going to stay for another year at my current place.

I remember some of it from when I was a child. One of my father's business partners had this big mansion in Connecticut and we went to a party there, and I remember his son (who was about 19 or 20 at the time) had a bedroom full of black leather furniture, a clock with neon pink light around it, black marble fireplace, steel and glass table. It was really bizarre, because most people aren't rich enough to have every item of furniture and decor match a specific trend, so I'd never seen a room that totally conformed to the style of one era.

you renamed meowzy???Yes I did. And I think it all goes back to how Elbert said his friend called her orgasms "meowzies," or something to that effect.=)

Is there a UCLA housing website for students? Wanna do me a favor and post it up there for me? I'll buy you another beer next time we find ourselves in another strange Japanese/hip hop fobby drinking spot!

She's not hot. But she may be a lesbian if that counts for anything.

Forget pictures of his roommate. He needs this:
