Maybe they like to cook?

cooking at a Chinese restaurant can be strenuous. maybe the restaurant is really "high class"? or maybe they don't work the full hours that Chinese cooks usually do?

I think it's an upscale bar and grill type of place....and his parents aren't the main cooks....an article in the houston chronicles just said that his mom's gonna make some of her specialty shanghai wonton soup or something....

I never ate there but had a couple of friends that went. They didn't give good ratings on Yao's new restaurant. they said the food was ok but the long wait on tables and food were the not-so-great things that they both agreed. I think the restaurant can improve on that the longer it opens.
