If someone likes your post they can give you karma. You can too if you hit the yellow checkbox above their profile. You can start giving me karma right now because you have 10 posts, JK. The parentheses are your rep power or how much your karma counts or sumpin like that.

Odd, the only yellow checkbox I see to "add to reputation" is my own. Everyone else's has a "Report Bad Post" icon. Anyway thanks for the info nola. As soon as I figure this out I'll try to add to your reputation... On the otherside of the coin is it possible to decrease someone's reputation?
