I created this thread so people who have a song stuck in their head and can't seem to pinpoint the title and artist can write down here all the relavent material related to the song and hopefully someone can help out.
This song's from the 80s and it was pretty popular back in the day.
the song starts off with a piano which constantly pays in the backround. Some of the lyrics goes like "and monday's blue", "i'm in love with you".
The song kinda of sounds like The Cure - "I'll Stop the World and Melt With You"
HELP, I woke up at 5am and the song popped into my head and now I can't get it out.
:frown:
On a side note - For Tupac Changes what song did he remake?
karma for anyone who can help!

Well I think your thinking about "Friday I'm In Love" by The Cure on their 1992 album Wish... Damn! Why ya gotta make a girl feel so old?!?!
And Tupac's "Changes" was a re-make/re-mix of Bruce Hornsby and the Range's "The Way It Is" ...
Hope this helps and I don't have any song stuck in my head that I don't know...
if you know a few phrases or lines from the song, most likely you'll be able to find it online if you type in both "lyrics" and "[phrase from song]".
I Melt With You is actually by Modern English.
Hehe. Changes. I got some gift cards to a buncha chain restaurants and Chili's was the closest (and the others weren't all that spectacular). Although the food was boring-ass white people food ("Shanghai Wings" spiced with wasabi... uhh... yeah, nice dissonance there.), on the bright side, the gift card could be used towards drinks. Anyway, I heard the piano and was like "cool, they're actually playing Tupac, this place isn't that bland after all." But then the rap never came in and I realized it was the original Hornsby song. No, they would never play rap; what a fool I was. I ended up giving a 35% tip just to finish the gift card so I'd never have to come back.
