Hi there Mike! Welcome! If your talking about a certain thread that is locked then that means one of the mods or admin locked or closed that topic for a reason. There are plenty of threads that are still open. Hope you have fun... ^_~

then those have been closed on purpose.
although you can still read those threads, you can't
